Our main sourcing segments are IT & New Media and the Energy & Utilities sector. We also source candidates with Financial and Hospitality backgrounds.

 

 
How does YESS ensure the confidentiality of my application and other details?
We adhere to a strict Privacy Policy and never share your data with 3rd parties which are not directly involved in the sourcing process. You can request for your information to be deleted from our database at any given point in time.

 

 
Do you also seek candidates from outside Singapore?
Yes, we especially source candidates in the IT from abroad.

 

 
How long does the average sourcing process take?

Do you charge a fee if you are not successful in sourcing candidates for your clients?

As we work on a contingency basis, we only invoice our clients once a candidate as cleared all interview rounds and signed the employment contract.

 

 
As a candidate, when should I expect a reply after I sent you my application?
We reply to all applications within one week at the latest - if positive or negative.
