Search Process Summary
For the most part, the contracted procedure is carried out as follows:
1. At the onset, we meet and discuss with the client in detail about the background, requirements and strategy for viable personnel solutions at the executive level.
2. Based on the above acquired information, we prepare an executive-search proposal, which includes any draft on hiring conditions, projected period of time for the search, fee, preliminary potential-candidate information, etc.
3. If you agree with the proposal, we draw up a contract, secure a signed agreement and commence our search for relevant executive talent. ยด
4. Normally, a search will take between 1-2 months depending on
the job requirements and the seniority of the position sorted.
Depending on the wishes of the client, YESS can conduct pre-employment screening, including reference checks, verification of academic qualifications and assessments.
