  About the company: Our client is one of Singapore's largest power utility companies seeking to deliver energy solutions while minimising its operational impact on the environment through high standards of environmental care in emission control, waste disposal as well as energy and resource conservation. As a result of continuing business needs, there is now a need to recruit a high calibre individual to lead the function. Summary of Responsibilities: * Improve plant reliability, availability and efficiency through effective on-site engineering support * Plan, manage & improve on the repairs and maintenance of equipment and plant according to schedules * Lead and coordinate plant engineering projects and supervise the contractors to ensure safe and timely delivery of services Requiremnents: * Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience (Involved in large machineries or Utilities Industry) * Proficiency in the operations and maintenance of engineering equipment such as combined cycle plant * Possess strong analytical, problem solving and management skills * Good understanding of statutory requirements is an advantage
